Pelican Landing Community Update – September 2025 [sample]

We’re excited to share some upcoming events and updates happening right here in Pelican Landing! Our community continues to thrive thanks to the involvement of our wonderful residents, and there are several opportunities this month to get connected, give feedback, and enjoy time with your neighbors.

First, mark your calendars for the Fall Harvest Social on Saturday, September 21st at 4:00 PM at the Lakeside Pavilion. This family-friendly gathering will feature live acoustic music, food trucks from local favorites, lawn games, and a pumpkin-decorating station for the kids. It’s a great chance to meet new neighbors and catch up with old friends as we welcome the new season together.

Additionally, the Pelican Landing HOA Board Meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 18th at 6:30 PM in the Community Center. The agenda will include updates on the landscaping project along Bayview Drive, discussion of the proposed pickleball court expansion, and a review of the upcoming holiday lighting budget. Residents are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and share ideas.
