Pelican United for Lifestyle, Services & Engagement (PULSE) is a resident-run group dedicated to fostering a vibrant, thriving community. Our goal is to bring neighbors together - finding common ground, and turning good ideas into great outcomes.
Through connection, conversation, and collaboration, we’re committed to building a positive, welcoming community. We believe thoughtful amenities and shared spaces deepen friendships, promote health, and spark joy. Together we can lay a strong foundation for a vibrant community today and for years to come.
