Community News – September Highlights

As summer winds down, there’s plenty to look forward to here at Pelican Landing! Our residents have been asking for more opportunities to connect, and we’re excited to announce a brand-new community event this month.

Join us for the “Sunset Cinema on the Green” on Friday, September 27th at 7:00 PM. We’ll be showing a family-friendly movie under the stars on the clubhouse lawn. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and favorite movie snacks. Popcorn and lemonade will be provided by the Social Committee. This promises to be a fun evening for families, couples, and neighbors alike.

In addition, don’t forget the upcoming HOA Workshop scheduled for Tuesday, September 24th at 6:00 PM in the Pelican Landing Community Hall. This will be an informal session where residents can share feedback on proposed updates to the pool area, parking policies, and community-wide Wi-Fi. The Board values resident input and encourages everyone to attend.
