PLCA 2026 Board Election Voting Process
How many candidates are running in the 2026 PLCA Board election?
Five candidates are running in Phase One (Pelican Landing), and two candidates are running in The Colony.

Phase One residents may vote ONLY for two (2) of the five candidates.

The Colony residents may vote ONLY for one (1) of the two candidates.
How many votes are allowed per household?
There is one (1) vote per household.
Does PLCA offer electronic voting?
Yes. GetQuorum is the secure electronic voting system our community uses and encourages. It is the most reliable way to ensure your vote is counted. Currently, approximately 85% of the community is registered on GetQuorum. Residents must sign up for electronic voting no later than March 11 to participate electronically in this election cycle.
How do I sign up for electronic voting?

All new residents receive electronic voting instructions during their Community Center orientation. (If needed, you may contact PLCA for assistance.)
When does voting begin and end?
Electronic voting opens: Wednesday, February 18 at 8:00 AM
Electronic voting closes: Wednesday, March 25 at 5:00 PM
No ballots (electronic or paper) will be accepted after 5:00 PM on March 25.
Is paper ballot voting available?
Yes. Paper ballots will be mailed after electronic voting opens (not before Wednesday, February 18 at 8:00 AM). Mailed ballots must be received by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 25 to be counted.
When will election results be announced?
The PLCA Annual Meeting will be held at: Thursday, March 26 at 9:00 AM
