  • Prioritizes value oriented amenity enhancements that serve our Colony residents without unnecessary duplication

  • Believes The Colony can become one of the most desirable communities in Southwest Florida by pairing enhanced and updated amenities with our unique island beach while maintaining our already reasonable HOA fees

  • Supports strengthening shared community assets which will protect and even enhance property values for all Colony residents

  • Seeks to unite the community around timely, action-oriented progress that strengthen our shared future
